Pickup driven by Larry Wilson hits block wall and flips on side. Larry Wilson, 40, of Haleyville and a passenger, Sylvia McGuffee, 41, of Haleyville, were trapped on the driver's side. Haleyville firemen began cutting first the windshield to get to the injured. The firemen also used the "jaws" and a saw to remove the roof of the pickup. Once the top was removed, passenger  Sylvia McGuffee was removed and taken to a waiting ambulance. Next out was the driver, Larry Wilson. Both Wilson and McGuffee were taken by ambulance to Lakeshore ER. The cause of the crash is unknown. Alcohol was present and could have been a factor.
